my stay was fantastic, as the hotel is just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old City Gate, making it super easy to explore these iconic landmarks on foot, and the staff's friendly service truly made my experience feel special.

My solo adventure at La Cascada was top-notch! The Italian goods absolutely transformed my breakfast. I loved starting my day with delicious pastries in-room. Plus, the nearby food scene is a culinary goldmine—don’t miss Chao Suon Sun Huyen Anh for scrumptious treats! The staff treated me like family, ensuring I felt right at home.

Accessing the hotel via car can be a little quirky due to alleyway charm, but that didn’t put a damper on my experience—just adds to the Old Quarter vibe! Perfect for foot explorers, though probably not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Aye, I loved how the staff treated me like family. They was always ready with help and advice. My room was clean and comfy, and the location was chill, just a few minutes from everything. When I asked for extra pillows, they had 'em ready for me. Mad cool vibes all around.

the shower water pressure was as stable as a wobbly table, fluctuating like a mood ring! And don’t get me started on the cleanliness. there was dried toothpaste everywhere, which I’m sure is a nice addition to any room. I was really hoping for a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, reguards are reserved for other guests!

The spacious family room with a balcony was a nice touch, offering a calm view of the surrounding area, and the soundproofing effectively muffled train noise. A short walk down a narrow alley leads to the main attractions, but it's manageable. A nice pasta option was available at the nearby eateries, adding to our culinary experience while staying here.

The central location makes it easy to explore the city, with plenty of attractions nearby. Though the ongoing renovations were slightly disruptive in the morning, the staff's warmth and attention to detail truly made up for it. Clean rooms added to a pleasant experience overall.

Couple's hideaway for relaxation

La Cascada was quite a find. The staff was amazing they greeted us like family and remembered our preferences. On our last stay, they surprised us with a lovely upgraded room with a balcony because they knew we loved it during our first visit. Watching trains pass by right outside our window was an experience like no other. And I have to say my request for more pillows was met right away. They really pay attention to detail not just some random hotel.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth every penny for the experience.
